Beetroot, Caraway and Sultana

This earthy loaf is a blend of rye, white and wholemeal flour.  Caraway seeds are steeped overnight with beetroot and added to the dough with pulped sultanas before baking. This loaf is fantastic for toasting and is a great accompaniment to cheeses.
